HECTOR OVIEDO was born in 1972 and resides in California.

He works in various media, his favorite is prismacolor, although he occasionally paints with watercolor and often works in ceramics.

Hectors brightly colored drawings reveal an array of images. His favorite themes often include images of GOD and other religious figures and animals. His inspiration comes from the old master paintings and icons.

Hector Oviedo has shown in exhibitions throughout the United States as well as internationally. His work can be found in the collections of patrons who acknowledge the exciting and talented works of those who are challenged in their everyday life.
