19thC English Parian ware jug with a pewter lid. This classic shaped jug has on the base a Victorian Registration Diamond mark, dating the design to 1864. Impressed makers mark of W.B. for William Brownfield.

19thC English Stoneware Relief milk /or wine jug with pewter lid. The design is strongly moulded in a motif that was formal and stylized. There is no marking on the base other than an impressed 27. The shape is typically Brownfield.
