Victorian Staffordshire Figures "GOING TO MARKET & RETURNING HOME"

This is a much sought after pair of a boy and girl seated together on a pair of horses. The titled base has black raised letters. The girl is seated sidesaddle while the boy is astride behind her on the same horse. Theses figures are mirror images of each other.

Condition: Very good with grazing on back of one.

"NAPOLEON BONAPARTE III"

Napoleon III on horseback with his right hand raised in a salute while his left hand holds the reins. He wears a plumed hat, and a cobalt blue tunic with epaulettes, white breeches, and knee boots. A sash goes around his waist. This is a wonderful addition to a collection.

A charming Victorian Staffordshire couple with the male figure holding a shovel in his left hand , while carrying a basket of fruit in his right. The female holds a bunch of fruit in her left hand placed across her chest. B under glaze cobalt blue.

Circa 1855-60

Condition: Good some flaking on over glaze black on hair and shoes and minor rubbed edges on the hat of the male. No chips, repairs or restoration.

"ROBERT BURNS AND HIGHLAND MARY"

Excellent quality Victorian Staffordshire figure of Robert Burns & Highland Mary with raised capital letters. He stands bare-headed, with his left arm around Mary's shoulders. There is a tree trunk (spill holder) behind him.

Circa 1860

Condition: Perfect, without chips, repairs or restoration. There is a firing crack inside the spill.
